On behalf of one of the leading names in shipping/shipbroking, we have been asked to find experienced Asia/Pacific Handysize/ Supramax/ Panamax Shipbrokers to add to its established business in Singapore and across the region.

Responsibilities:

• Competitive Shipbroking in Asia/Pacific Spot, Mid & Long-term Chartering markets for Handysize, Supramax and/or Panamax vessels.
• Assist in the business development and marketing duties of the office.
• Maintain and build relationships with existing Charterers and Owners and build new ones.
• Proactively develop new business ideas for Principals.
• Responsibility for contracts and fixtures concluded and ensure operational follow up.
• Sourcing and sharing of freight market views and market information.

Requirements:

• Established Shipbroking professionals with 3 - 8 years relevant experience.
• Good knowledge of Asia/Pacific Handy, Handymax, Supramax and Panamax dry bulk trades.
• Own contacts and proven track record.
• Dynamic and ambitious team player.
• Excellent communication skills, English language proficiency is essential.
